Practice Field Permit Request Form  Please complete form by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, August 25.
  
Game Schedule Request Form.  Please complete form by NOON on Friday, August 28.

VOLUNTEER Certification Google Form (Fall).  AAPS requires a background check annually.

Code of Ethics (form for online signature) 
 
Michigan Law requires concussion certification EVERY THREE YEARS.  If you are new to our program, or have NOT taken the training recently, please do so this season.
Please complete either course then scan or snap a photo & send certificate to guerrieros@aaps.k12.mi.us.

  • Rosters sent Week of 8/24.

  • Practice Field Request due 8/25.

  • Game Schedule Requests due 8/28.

  • Equipment hand-out: Dates will be at our office (1515 S. Seventh St) at DOOR 63 on the following dates the week of TBA (a reminder email will be sent out): 

  • Fall Soccer Player Clinic Opportunity -8/30

  • Practices Begin Week of 9/8 - - please remember ONLY one practice per team, per week

  • Team Shirt Handout will be scheduled as soon as shirts arrive (hopefully the week of 9/14)

  • Games Begin Weekend of 9/19 & 9/20
